These terms govern engagements with Fernpath Labs. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a written statement of work agreed with each client before work begins.
All client materials and project outcomes are treated as confidential by default; mutual NDAs are available on request and routinely signed before source access is granted.
Payment terms are net-15 from invoice unless stated otherwise in the statement of work. Work products transfer to the client upon full payment.
